1. Accepting these Terms

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://www.zappsco.com/arrow-exit/privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian should review these Terms with you.

The terms of the store you downloaded the App from (the Apple App Store or Google Play) also apply. If those terms conflict with these Terms on how the store handles the App, the store’s terms apply.

2. Using Arrow Exit

Arrow Exit is a single-player puzzle game. You clear boards of arrows across a series of levels, Challenges and achievements, with optional boosters (Hint, Eraser, Ruler) and revives.

• The App is free to download and play. It is supported by ads and offers one optional, one-time Premium purchase.
• Much of the game works offline. Ads, sign-in, cloud sync and purchases need an internet connection.
• We may add, change or remove levels, features, boosters, rewards or other content, for example to fix bugs or improve the game.

3. User accounts

An account is optional. You can play the whole game without one. Without an account, your progress is stored only on your device, and it may be lost if you delete the App, clear its data, or change devices.

If you choose to sign in, you use Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, through Google Firebase Authentication. Your account lets the App back up your progress and sync it across your devices. When you sign in, your use of Apple’s or Google’s sign-in service is also subject to their terms.

4. Account security and responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your Apple or Google account, and the devices you play on, secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your Arrow Exit account.
• Don’t create an account using someone else’s identity, or access another person’s account.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us at support@zappsco.com.

5. Game progress and account data

• Your level, achievements, Challenge stars, statistics, booster inventory and settings are game data. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred to another person.
• Boosters and other in-game rewards are a limited license to use in the Game. They are not property you own.
• When you sign in on more than one device, the App merges your progress using its sync rules. We work to keep your progress safe, but we cannot guarantee that game data will never be lost. We are not responsible for progress lost because you uninstalled the App, cleared its data, played without an account, or because of a device or network failure.
• How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Premium purchase

• Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It removes all ads in the App and makes boosters and revives free while it is active.
• Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
• Premium is tied to the store account you bought it with. You can use Restore Purchases to get it back on a new device or after reinstalling. If you are signed in, Premium can also follow your Arrow Exit account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. If a purchase is refunded, Premium is removed.
• Features included in Premium may change over time as the game changes, but we will not remove its core benefit of an ad-free game while the App is available.

7. Ads

Unless you have Premium, the App shows ads, including banners, occasional full-screen ads between levels, and optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch for a booster or revive. Ads are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the products and websites they link to. A reward is granted only when the ad network confirms you completed the ad.

8. Acceptable use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Cheat, or use bots, scripts, modified clients, or other tools to manipulate the game, progress, rewards or purchases.
• Exploit bugs or glitches for an advantage, or to get Premium, boosters or rewards without the intended payment or ad view. Please report bugs to us instead.
• Interfere with, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to the App, our Firebase services, or other players’ accounts or data.
• Use automated means to generate fake ad views or clicks.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The App and everything in it belong to Zappsco or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. This includes the levels and puzzle designs, graphics, animations, sounds, music, text, software and the “Arrow Exit” name and logo. Third-party components, such as open-source software and fonts, are used under their own licenses.

These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in the App or its content.

10. License to use the App

Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, as permitted by the store you got it from.

11. Restrictions

Unless the law allows it or we agree in writing, you may not:

• Copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the App or its content, including its levels.
• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or try to extract the App’s source code, level data or other assets.
• Remove or change any copyright, trademark or other notices.
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute or publicly display the App or its content.
• Bypass or disable ads, purchase checks, or other technical protections.
• Use the App or its content to build a competing product.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or your account, or remove your cloud data, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the App, other players or us. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it, and you can delete your account as described below.

These Terms end when your license ends. Sections 5, 9, 11 and 14–18 continue to apply after the Terms end.

13. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Cloud Save → Delete account. You may be asked to sign in with Apple or Google again to confirm.

Deleting your account permanently deletes your cloud game progress and your sign-in account, and resets the game progress on that device. This cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund Premium, because Premium belongs to your store account. You can restore it with Restore Purchases.

The Privacy Policy explains exactly which data is deleted and which is kept.

14. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services, including Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple), Google (Google Play, Google Sign-In, Firebase, AdMob), Unity Ads and RevenueCat. Their own terms and privacy policies govern how you use them. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, content or practices.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

We want Arrow Exit to be fun and reliable, but the App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the App will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that game data will never be lost.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Zappsco is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. We are also not liable for any loss of data, game progress, profits or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we change the App or when the law changes. We will post the updated Terms at https://www.zappsco.com/arrow-exit/terms and update the “Last updated” date. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, for example with a notice in the App. If you keep using the App after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and, if you wish, delete your account.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Zappsco is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of that country.

If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows.

Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us at support@zappsco.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

19. General

• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• If we do not enforce a provision right away, we do not give up the right to enforce it later.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, provided your rights are not reduced.
• These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the App.
